Burnt

I counted the number of times I say "I'm Sorry" in a day. The average is 5. It makes me wonder if I am actually sorry that many times or if I am saying it because I know it is easier to take responsibility for something that isn't my fault than to argue about it. I'm not sure. Does this mean that I have little self-respect?
